Good Analysis

The project

Good Analysis is my consultancy. It blends market intelligence, strategy and AI transformation to help organisations grow with purpose, working across consumer, B2B and nonprofit sectors, and this is its public face.

The site has to do two jobs at once: explain what the work actually is, which resists a one-line pitch, and be evidence of the standard of the work itself. So the structure walks through it in stages, from the services and the process to sector strategies and what clients say, rather than dropping a brochure on the visitor.

It is built on Next.js 16 and React 19 with the App Router, in TypeScript, styled with Tailwind and Sass. Blog posts and case studies are markdown, parsed at build time, with an admin area behind authentication where they can be written and edited in the browser rather than through a commit.

The motion is deliberate rather than decorative: GSAP and Lottie for the section transitions and the isometric diagrams, a marquee for the capability list, and a dark theme by default. Contact runs through Resend with reCAPTCHA on the form, Sentry watches for errors, and it deploys on Vercel with a Docker path kept as a fallback.
